
Revamping the website to Enhance User Experience and Attract Millennial and Gen Z Shoppers
BRIEF
Vines Indonesia is a company that sells alcoholic beverages and has several outlet branches in Indonesia, and can also be ordered through e-commerce. Vines Indonesia also has its own website for selling its products, but users often find it difficult to navigate and understand the layout when making a purchase, so they prefer to order the drinks through e-commerce.
The reason for revamping this website is to target millennial and Gen Z users with a better design and to encourage users to shop on the Vines website itself instead of e-commerce.
THE CHALLENGE
Providing solutions in compiling shopping lists, creating recurring orders for weekly or monthly shopping, and arranging delivery times through the customer's preferred store.
In addition, you must ensure that the user interface and user experience of this application system are easy to use by customers of various ages and educational backgrounds.

However, he often forgets the items he has to buy, especially since he has to look for the same items every time and it takes quite a lot of time.
